Thereafter, it was known as Officers Training School (OTS). It was shifted from Jodhpur to Jaipur in 1963 and functioned in Peera Mal Hotel till 1966. It was shifted in new building known as Patel Bhawan in Malviya Nagar. In 1969, Officers Training School (OTS) was rechristened as Harish Chandra Mathur State Institute of Public Administration (HCMSIPA).
